Candidate profile information (name, preferred name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, city, state, ZIP code, professional links), education information, employment and experience information, work-authorization category information such as OPT and STEM OPT dates and EAD status, documents you upload, communications with our team, payment transaction references, and device and analytics information.

We do not collect Social Security numbers. We do not collect passport numbers unless a future, specifically disclosed and legally justified process requires it. We never ask for USCIS, SEVIS or banking credentials.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, preferences and aggregate analytics. Advertising and analytics tools never receive resume contents, immigration status or other sensitive candidate information.

To deliver career-support services; prepare and optimize your resume and profile; perform job-role mapping and employer research; contact recruiters and employers on your authorization; coordinate interviews; process payments; provide support; maintain security and audit trails; and meet legal obligations.

Where you have authorized it, your professional profile and resume may be shared with potential employers and recruiters for job-search purposes. Employers using the platform see limited or anonymized profiles and must request an introduction; your contact details are not published or automatically exposed.

Consent is collected explicitly during registration, is never pre-checked, and is stored with a timestamp and policy version. Marketing consent is separate and optional; it is not a condition of receiving services.

We use vetted providers for hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, payment processing and analytics. They may process information only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.

Documents are stored in private storage, never in a public bucket, and are reachable only through authenticated, expiring links. Access is restricted to staff working on your profile through role-based controls, and sensitive access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

We retain candidate information for the service period and for a reasonable follow-on period to support your job search, handle disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and data, withdrawal of profile-sharing authorization, and opt-out from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. Depending on your location, additional statutory rights may apply.

WGS operates in the United States and India. Your information may be processed in either country under appropriate safeguards and confidentiality obligations.

The platform is not directed to children and is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
