Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting a form, purchasing a service or otherwise using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The platform is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who are lawfully present in the United States as students or graduates, and for organizations acting through authorized representatives. You are responsible for confirming your own eligibility to work and for complying with the conditions of your status.

Services may include career assessment, resume review and rebuilding, ATS optimization, LinkedIn guidance, job-role mapping, employer and recruiter research, profile marketing, targeted application assistance, cover-letter guidance, interview preparation, mock interviews, interview scheduling coordination, application tracking and access to a candidate dashboard for a defined service period.

You agree to participate in the process, respond to reasonable requests for information, attend scheduled sessions and interviews you have accepted, and communicate promptly about changes to your availability or authorization.

You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation of education, employment history, skills or work authorization may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

You remain responsible for the truthfulness of your resume and profile content. WGS may edit presentation, structure and wording, but will not fabricate experience, credentials, employment dates or qualifications, and will not act on a request to do so.

Where you authorize it during registration or in your privacy settings, WGS may share your professional profile and resume with potential employers and recruiters for legitimate job-search purposes. You may withdraw this authorization at any time by written notice; withdrawal applies prospectively.

Employers and recruiters communicate on their own behalf. WGS does not control, and is not responsible for, their hiring processes, timelines, job descriptions, offers or decisions.

Service fees are displayed before purchase and are charged for career-support services. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; WGS does not store card details. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

WGS does not guarantee employment of any kind, at any time, in any location.

WGS does not guarantee interviews, employer responses, recruiter replies or a minimum volume of employer interest.

WGS does not guarantee H-1B sponsorship, visa sponsorship, work authorization, extensions or any immigration approval or outcome.

Information provided through the platform is general career information. It is not legal or immigration advice. Consult your university DSO or a qualified U.S. immigration attorney for advice on your status.

Employers are independent third parties. References to employer categories, E-Verify participation or historical sponsorship activity are research observations, not endorsements, partnerships or predictions.

You agree to interact professionally with WGS staff, recruiters and employers, and to honour commitments you make to attend interviews or calls.

You may not submit false documents, impersonate another person, share another individual's credentials, scrape or copy platform data, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

Platform software, templates, written materials and branding remain the property of WGS or its licensors. Materials prepared for you may be used for your own job search; they may not be resold or redistributed as a service to others.

Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the purposes of the services.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The platform may link to third-party sites, job boards and application systems. WGS is not responsible for their content, practices or availability.

WGS may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive conduct or unlawful activity. You may stop using the platform at any time; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WGS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost wages or immigration consequences. WGS's total aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify WGS against claims arising from information you supplied that is inaccurate or misleading, or from your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
